Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust introduced Picturing Maricopa in 2009 to offer the services of 15 talented photographers to 15 nonprofit organizations, which gain usage rights to the photographs. The project is running again in 2010 with a fresh group of agencies and newly selected photographers.
